End User License Agreement

1. Acknowledgement

This EULA is between you ("End User") and Aaronaut Studios LLC ("Licensor"), not

with Apple Inc. or Google LLC ("App Store Providers"). Aaronaut Studios LLC is

solely responsible for the Rovaro application ("App") and its content.

The App Store Providers have no obligation to furnish maintenance or

support services for the App.

2. Scope of License

Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,

revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded or Android device

that you own or control, subject to the usage rules set forth in the

applicable App Store terms of service. You may not:

• Distribute or make the App available over a network where it could

be used by multiple devices at the same time

• Sell, rent, lease, lend, redistribute, or sublicense the App

• Copy, decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive

the source code

• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from the App

• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary rights notices on the App

3. Maintenance and Support

Aaronaut Studios LLC is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support

services for the App, as required under applicable law and these Terms.

The App Store Providers have no obligation to provide any maintenance or

support services.

4. Warranty

Aaronaut Studios LLC is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether

express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In

the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable

warranty, you may notify the applicable App Store Provider, and that

provider may refund the purchase price for the App, if any. To the

maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App Store Provider will

have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.

Rovaro IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST

5. Product Claims

Aaronaut Studios LLC, not the App Store Providers, is responsible for addressing

any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your

possession and/or use of the App, including:

• Product liability claims

• Any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or

regulatory requirement

• Claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar

legislation

6. Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third party claim that the App or your possession

and use of the App infringes a third party's intellectual property

rights, Aaronaut Studios LLC, not the App Store Provider, will be solely

responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of

any such intellectual property infringement claim.

7. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in a country

that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been

designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country;

and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or

restricted parties.

8. Third Party Terms of Agreement

You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when

using the App. For example, if you have a VoIP application, then you

must not be in violation of their wireless data service agreement when

using the App.

9. Third Party Beneficiary

Apple Inc. and Google LLC, and their subsidiaries, are third-party

beneficiaries of this EULA, and upon your acceptance, the applicable App

Store Provider will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted

the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary

thereof.

10. Subscription Terms

Rovaro offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscriptions are

charged through your App Store account. Subscriptions automatically

renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end

of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your App Store

account settings after purchase.

11. User Data

Aaronaut Studios LLC will collect and use technical and related information,

including but not limited to information about your device, system and

application software, and peripherals. This data is used to facilitate

the provision of software updates, product support, and other services

related to the App. Aaronaut Studios LLC may use this information to improve our

products and services.

12. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding

its conflicts of law rules.
